Kimchi Club W5 is a London's only cookery school dedicated to kimchi workshops and Korean cooking classes, led by Korean-born cook and author of 'Seoul Food' Bini Sudo.

We are passionate about teaching authentic kimchi in depth, through hands-on workshops that explore fermentation, flavour, and tradition, alongside a small, considered selection of Korean cooking classes and corporate team events. All sessions are hosted in an intimate, friendly kitchen setting.  Whether you’re completely new to Korean food or a confident home cook, you’ll be guided step by step to create dishes you’ll feel proud to share.

Our signature kimchi workshops include the UK’s only guided kimchi tasting experience, where you’ll sample kimchi at five to ten distinct stages of fermentation, from freshly made to deeply matured (around 1 year old). This unique tasting helps you truly understand how kimchi evolves in flavour, texture, and complexity over time.
