I’m on a mission to build the UK’s leading Korean cookery school, providing authentic and fun classes,

Lead by Korean-born cook, Bini Sudo, Kimchi Club W5 is one of the rare cookery schools in the UK dedicated entirely to Korean food. We offer hands-on kimchi workshops, cooking classes and corporate team events in intimate friendly setting. Whether you're new to Korean cuisine or a seasoned foodie, you'll be guided step by step to create delicious dishes you’ll be proud to share.

Our signature kimchi workshops include the UK’s only guided kimchi tasting experience, where you'll sample kimchi at five distinct stages of fermentation, from freshly made to very mature 4-6 months old. Visit the Kimchi Workshop page to learn more about this one-of-a-kind experience.

We offer a range of classes covering everyone’s favourite Korean dishes from cabbage kimchi to bibimbap and crispy pancakes. If you want to learn something that is not listed, you are welcome to contact me to arrange a private class.
