Here at Kimchi Club W5, we offer hands-on kimchi workshops, cooking classes and tailored sessions in small friendly groups. Whether you're new to Korean cuisine or a seasoned foodie, you'll be guided step by step to create delicious dishes you’ll be proud to share.

Our signature kimchi workshops include the UK’s only guided kimchi tasting experience, where you'll sample kimchi at five distinct stages of fermentation, from freshly made to very mature 3-4 months old. Visit the Kimchi Workshop page to learn more about this one-of-a-kind experience.

All our classes are carefully curated and include printed recipes to take home with clear instructions and practical tips so you can recreate everything with confidence.
